Meltform began with a question: what if Dubai’s skyline could be held, gifted, photographed—and finally broken open?

We create small-batch chocolate forms inspired by architecture, regional flavor, and the theatre of a memorable reveal. Each piece is conceived as an edible object rather than an ordinary sweet.

Recognizable silhouettes meet layered centers featuring ingredients and flavor notes such as dates, saffron, pistachio, Arabic coffee, and camel milk.
